Our company has achieved excellence within the Indian green energy market by developing a sound customer base of valued clients whilst contributing to the fulfillment of the Government's National Solar Mission Plan to expand domestic solar power generation to 20 gigawatts by 2022.
A snapshot of OPS India's recent success includes:
- Deliveries are now underway to provide 6MW of power conditioning products to the Indiabulls project (BHEL).
- Supply of power conditioning and SCADA to India's first megawatt scale grid-connect project in Jamuria, West Bengal (WBGEDCL with Disargarh Power Corporation).
- Prestigious contracts awarded to upgrade Lakshadweep islands (ten solar hybrid systems) totaling 1.1MWp, including a five year O&M contract and SCADA (Lakshadweep Electricity Department with BHEL).
- Delivery of grid-connected, rooftop solar system to Raj Bhavan Governor House in Kolkata with expansion plans for up to 100kWp. The Honorable President of India Mrs. Pratibha Patil graced the inauguration of this system in December 2009.
